All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). "Processing time" refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We ship internationally from our warehouse in the United States to Singapore to ensure you receive quality products.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in San Francisco, California, USA.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated transit time to Singapore is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to Singapore. No handling or delivery fees apply.

Tax Information (Import Duties & GST)

Since we are shipping from the United States to Singapore, your order is considered an international shipment.

  • Singapore GST (Goods and Services Tax): For orders below SGD $400, goods are generally exempt from GST at the border (depending on current regulations). However, for high-value orders or bulk purchases, Singapore Customs may impose GST.
  • Customer Responsibility: Please note that any import duties, taxes (GST), and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
